Rooted in the Moment
Fear will not fear me.
It is a non-existent mind-killer who potentially could bring total obliteration.
But not for me!
Fear is only a mental construct of a future projection.
It is not real, can’t coexist with logical thinking and definitely not survive in the present moment!
I will wipe out my fear by just being present – rooted in the present moment.
I will not allow fear to grind me down!
Nothing will happen to me, and therefore fear will not harm me,
because I observed the source of all fearful existence.
The only real antidote for all kind of fear is the present moment,
and this is the only moment we all have!
