Developing faith in human potential.

Fear of rejection is a hindrance to human interaction. We need an environment where failure is not a reason to be stigmatized. Creativity is a highly needed skill for successful development and total involvement.

Fear of rejection is a hindrance to human interaction. We need an environment where failure is not a reason to be stigmatized. Creativity is a highly needed skill for successful development and total involvement.

Lack of sympathy and rejection will kill the human creativity! That results in mediocrity. Faith in human potential is the real antidote to unsympathetic rejection, and the fear of failure. We need this faith to successfully develop and to cultivate originality.

People have been educated in an ‘industrial’ school model without developing this faith. The Model of ‘learning by rote’ did not cultivate this faith and will never do so in the future. Believing in this educational system will lead to the loss of real growth!

The system is based on getting you to ‘fit in’, and not to stand out! (Video) The cultivation of this belief in human potential will affect the growth of creativity and uniqueness.

It requires a new type of leadership which is totally open minded. To push or pull people is only a question of a linear direction, but real leadership is totally omni-directional.

Creativity will flourish in a playful and optimistic environment. Play is the most powerful and original education. – to enable play is to open the door to human potential.

Real leadership will cultivate true potential and let it fuel the world.
