We all have had good and bad experiences in life, but both kinds of experiences are there to teach us something about us!We should not only acknowledge the good ‘guys’! The bad experiences are also very important and provide significant facts about us. For example, negative feelings, the fear of rejection, low self-esteem or the commitment towards our mistakes are great teachers of how we react to certain situations in life. This reveals our individual vulnerability!

These reactions could be the key to our success if we recognize and understand the real meaning of our existence.

We must be ready to recognize and articulate our own vulnerability, to be grounded and to be filled with positivity and a true purpose in life.

It is important to realize how vulnerable we are because that realization could change our personal view and bring us to the right place in life.

If we look closely at these experiences, we can find our vision, our calling or our purpose in life. Even if this process might take time, it is the journey worth taking.

If we forget the ‘me’ and develop the meaning of a ‘we’, we will live a much happier life.

BabyHelping others, or contributing to higher goals, is a core value of the human race. We cannot survive or learn on our own. We have learned to speak and communicate by imitating others. As infants, our lives depended on other human beings, such as our parents, the nurses or doctors.

Our own vulnerability is the key to the kind of contribution that leads us to our higher values, deep convictions, and our deepest and truest happiness.
