Anger and hatred are two of the many qualities that burden our lives and health.
We are often annoyed by other people; it might be our partner, colleague or the person in the car in front of us. Most of the time the other person does not even notice your anger, and if they do, they could not care less.
In contrast to those, we are very angry at this moment. Sometimes your negative feelings persist for days, weeks, months or even years. Long-term anger has a negative impact on our body.
