The Good Leader
What makes a good leader and how do we recognise good leadership skills? The conditions why people are identifying other people as their leaders are very complex. Most of the time their choices are related to their model of life values. It is this unique quality, to find the right words or to perform the right actions at the right time. The particular way of determining ideas or visions in time is an essential function of a leader.
A Positive Change
At first, it is entirely not important how significant the followership is because at the beginning it is only the point of view and the early detection of sensitive life-relevant situations. People follow other people when they feel that their lives can be changed positively.
If we are recognised as a leader, it is especially important to be sensitive to our position. Often leaders have expanded and abused their job for their personal benefit and profit. In this case, they are not a guide but an exploiter. This is the moment when the ego wins over humanity.
Highly Sensitive
A true leader is highly sensitive! He can put himself in the most different situations in other people’s lives. He has the gift to feel the needs of others, to moderate with intuition and a deep sense of humanity. Leaders have a high sense of responsibility – the ability to respond appropriately.
A good leader is not the one who makes everyone laugh or scared, but a person who makes people happy within them, according to their strengths and possibilities. He can see the beauty of each individual in a group and how it impacts the whole society.
Leadership is about vision and responsibility, not power.
