Why are we upset or disappointed?
It is said that all our worries arise from our relationships with other people. Sometimes we are angry, upset or disappointed with some people in our lives.
When we are hurt, we ponder our way through the day, circling our thoughts about the events that worry us, question our values or even feel terrified.
What is the reason for these reactions? Maybe we never learned to handle our emotions, or we can not classify them at all. Disappointment, anger or rage always arises when we compare ourselves with our fellow human beings. We define our norm as the truth, and thus the trouble is already predictable.
Accept the world
If we feel miserable, we have to fight the source of the evil and not the result. We will never live in a world where everything happens according to our standards. If two people live together in a family, even there will be different opinions. That’s the nature of things!
However, if we cannot change the external influences, we should be able to turn things within us. We have the chance to design our happiness!
If we have the choice to be happy or unhappy, what would we choose? Everyone would choose happiness!
Experience Life as an Involvement
If we stop comparing ourselves to others, refuse to categorise life in good and bad, we will live a pleasant and happy life. We do not need to compare ourselves to our environment. We are the way we are, and that is very good! The comparison cannot withstand the moment in which life takes place; our uniqueness is not comparable.
Be fully involved in every moment of your life. Do not wait for a better moment!
Start now – within you!
Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.
