We often see health limited to the absence of disease. But it is so much more than that. We can identify 5 pillars which are the main areas of our lives, contributing to our overall wellbeing.
Maybe you cannot imagine how big your potential is!
We are so used to our “diet mentality” that we lost faith in our body’s signals.
We live by external rules. They tell us how we should feel and behave and when we should eat.
Often, we are so desperate on how to nourish ourselves, not sure on how good or bad certain foods are. Should we stick to “paleo” or rather “low fat”?
Cravings are the biggest fear of people on a diet. Changing the approach of eating can help to overcome the obsession with food, to gain back more freedom and finally to lose weight.
From a clearly defined starting point to a particular endpoint.
There is no new diet which will help you to get in shape which makes you feel better. Learning to eat in a way which satisfies your body and mind definitely will.
